I’m a human physical therapist with my canine rehab certification. I was skeptical about the price being so much less. When I received it, everything was included it is great. The thing is there are no pre-set protocols. You have to know how many joules are indicated for each diagnosis. For instance, if you’re treating arthritis, you need to calculate the treatment area, you need to know what the literature recommends for the total joules delivered and at what wattage. Once you know that, you’re fine. The screen that pops up once you click canine has the options for different body parts but it takes you to the exact same screen-the one where you input your own parameters. You’d think that’s where the pre-set parameters would pop up for each body party like the other lasers like the “Companion”. It comes with glasses for humans but the goggles for the animal are like tanning goggles. Should buy a separate pair from somewhere else. The unit has a foot pedal control instead of a button in the wand to activate the laser. It’s a little clunky but for the price, you can make it work for sure. It comes with several laser heads. 3 laser heads I’ve never seen and it doesn’t come with instructions on how to use each laser head. I haven’t done research into those other heads yet.
It’s a good product. You just have to know the parameters, it’s not a plug and play.

This Veterinary class 4 laser 30W can calculate the laser treatment energy (J) automatically, you can see the screen, when you select 'CW' mode, after you treated a few minutes, the 'Engery' will show the laser treatment energy (J) which you did already.
About the laser treatment method, as it's class 4 laser 30W, the people and pets can receive enough laser energy, so you didn't need to find the research and calculate the J, you just need to set the power for example, 20 Watts, treat 3-5 minutes for each parts, for the big pets, improve a little longer laser treatment time or reduce the total power, for the big pets, use the higher power, you can get the results easily.
For the pre-set protocols, we didn't set the function, as it's not flexible and can't be used for all pets or people.
For the goggles, yes, if it's not fit, you can buy a new for pets, just $20 dollars, in the future, we will change the goggles which is suitable for pets. Thanks for your advice!!!

I was skeptical when I purchased for our dog Snoopy torn ACL. After using every night for 3 minutes each night, Afyer a week, Snoopy's leg now has 95% movement with no pain. This unit is worth the money.

I have worked with lasers in the past, and this one definitely surpasses them. All, the results are phenomenal. Great for aging great for pain multipurpose laser.
The Domer laser arrived in excellent condition and worked as intended. The only problem I encountered was that it was too strong for me. I am a sensitive individual in a number of respects, and I simply could not find a comfortable setting with the laser. No matter how low I set it, I got intense headaches and fatigue. This probably would not be a problem for the vast majority of people. In fact, my husband tested it on himself, and had no averse reaction, but he has no health needs that would require laser treatment, so it did not make sense for us to keep it. We got it specifically to treat neuropathy in my feet.
We were able to work out an amicable resolution of a refund with the Domer laser representatives. Because of their concern for my health and their swift return of funds once I had shipped the laser to the appropriate destination, I can confidently give this device and the service I received a “4.”
Have been using the laser on my 92 year old mother with an elbow fracture. Even her therapist is impressed with her speedy recovery.
Very easy to use and we are happy with the unit. Using it for chronic lower back pain. Two week in and no noticeable result but we believe we have not been in the right area of the damaged nerve so really too early to report results. Move closer to the S1-L5 medial area and trying again for two more weeks at 20 minutes twice a day.

Two people I know had purchased and suggested I get one since I have neuropathy in the toes/feet. I would love to see you make up a protocol for Neuropathy like the others you sent to me. I had to get clues from my acupuncturist on 'where' to place the device.

I was going 3 x a week for treatment on an open wound on the bottom of my foot .
PBM treatment was working but 3 x a week was a hassle ...and cost of treatment & gas .
Purchased my own Domer Laser ....and do my OWN treatments on my OWN time .

I’ve been using it everyday on myself (thumbs and fingers) and my dog ( ACL). My hands hurt most of the time and my dog can’t talk so I don’t know if it’s helping him. My dog goes to surgery in 2 weeks. I will continue to use the laser and see what happens. Thanks for asking.

The magnetic lens does not stay on. It needs to be a SCREW on attachment.

I've been using my device for 30 days on my knee and my dogs shoulder and hip. I think the device has helped my dog. The issue is that it makes her feel better and she walks noticeably better...however, if I don't keep up a constant regimine, her improvement slips. With myself, I haven't noticed much change but am continuing for another 30 days to judge results. I feel the investment is worth it thus far.
I have been using this on my own feet, and my dogs neck and shoulders. I do think my feet feel better the next morning, although the improvement doesn’t seem to persist. I don’t feel much except a slight warmness. But my dog seems to love it, and leans into the pressure and he’s not a fan of most other petting and such. My only complaint is that it came with essentially no guidance as far as time, intensity or frequency. I requested the PDF of protocols and never received it.
