Honestly, I have found the 1300mW laser to be quite helpful to my pets and very easy and comfortable to use. Have been using now for 3 months. Will be using for post TPLO surgery in a couple of weeks.
Shipping was fairly quick. Took about a week to arrive.
Had some questions for Customer Service and got very prompt replies from Lucy. Really not sure what negative reviews are about.
Due to advertising we first purchased a light therapy unit which was over twice more expensive and then talked to friends that have this device and were very pleased. We also then figured out our vet uses laser therapy and not red light so we decided to return it and go with the laser. It's extremly hard to know if advanced healing is taking place but we honestly think so. It doesn't take much time and for half the cost for a real laser I'm glad we made the change. Our other Pom also has patela clicking and is also getting treated and hopefully stave off another $3500 surgery. There is no question Star (Pom) is recovering better and stronger than Lacey (also a Pom) who was the first to have the same surgery but we didn't have the laser then.

Our lab had the following diagnosis: Bilateral moderate stifle osteoarthritis. She was unable to get up by herself and she also could not do stairs due to the pain. Along with supplements and using the Domer Laser once a day for 20 minutes she is back to being herself without surgery. Highly recommend it!
At first, I was really skeptical if this laser would work. I had professional laser done for my dog at the Vet but it was very costly so I looked into at home lasers. It took a few sessions but it makes a huge difference to my dog’s condition. He can go from limping to walking normally thanks to this laser. It doesn’t work on my other dog, but the professional laser also didn’t work on him so it’s very dependent on the dog’s condition. I’d recommend anyone tries professional laser first and if that works, then consider getting this laser.
had a pinched nerve by my scapula that radiated terrible pain down my arm making working at my computer difficult. I used the Domer cold laser once and it was like magic. No more pain. I repeated use, on the forearm primarily, a couple of more times and have had no issue since. I expanded use to my knees. I have two torn ACLs but still run with my dogs. The Domer cold laser reduces inflammation and pain. I also use it on my dogs after agility trials. It has been a game changer for them and me.
Using for my dog with arthritis as well as for my own knees. Cant say it is a miracle yet, but seems to be helping with regular use
This laser is a great inexpensive laser to have on hand for all of my critters. It helped my horse's popped splint, my dogs knees, and all of the random scrapes and cuts from the pasture. Was recommended by our vet and happy she did!

Easy to use. Notified when there are updated protocols. I bought this device after my vet prescribed laser treatments for arthritis in my dog's knees. I hade to drive 30 min each way 3 times a week and it was expensive. How ridiculous when these products are not available for purchase. Since my dog has had laser treatments already we are at the stage of once a month use unless she has a flare up.

While shipping took a while, Domer kept me updated on status via email. Devices (cervical vertebra and handheld) are both very high quality and packaged as such. I purchased both for my husband who has chronic neck pain from a rear end collision and knee pain from general use. He’s been using them consistently for two weeks so it’s still too early to review results but Domer requested review

I have only been using the Domer for a week (3×/week) on my dog but it seems to help. The Domer came with a great how to use chart for humans I had to reach out to the company for dog instructions. It would be nice if the Domer came with both.
Used this to heal a deep painful bruise on back of hand very fast, normally a three to four week slog, about ten days with this. Daughter slammed finger in gate, within one week, bruising eased and pain up so she get her nails done. (Biggest event in a young woman's life it seems.) Our dog's paw was giving her fits, she is back to normal after about three weeks. (Was problematic for about two months and was not getting better.) Only problem I have is operation, could be smoother. However, thanks for developing and selling a very good product!
I got this to use in my acupuncture practice. I treat a lot of knee oain in my office - and post surgical rehabilitation. I love to use this in conjunction with my other modalities. The heat, vibration and red light are all helpful in pain reduction and increasing circulation in the knee area specifically. So good, I have two! I also recommend for patients to have their own to use at home between visits.

Shipping was , good device works well. Seems to help the dog and me. Not dramatically but notice improvement. The protocols were a waste for me. Would have liked to have more practical instruction
My dog is super sensitive to beeps and to most manual modalities to help with his lameness. He tolerates the laser well and the beep the laser makes is quiet. It is hard to tell at this point exactly how effective the treatment is, but I do think there is a positive effect.

Thank you for your review! We encourage you to continue the laser treatment for your dog. Lameness can be difficult to treat, and laser therapy has a cumulative effect—the longer you continue the sessions, the better the results may be.
You can also adjust the treatment power and duration based on your dog’s response.
We've only been using the product on our dog's shoulder tendonitis for a few weeks, but he's steadily improving. The only improvement we would suggest is that the surface of the device be a bit less slippery and it's a bit difficult to hold onto securely as it's being used.

This is the first time we’ve received feedback that the device surface feels slippery. We use high-quality ABS material, and the unit is lightweight and designed to be easy to hold. I appreciate your suggestion and will make a note of it.
Purchased The laser for my dog’s osteoarthritis relief. I use it on him every day to soothe discomfort and improve mobility. After a few weeks, I have noticed improvement. He loves the soothing effect.
