COMPARED TO A BEAUTY SALON, WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF DOING RED LIGHT THERAPY AT HOME?

COST REDUCTION

Red light therapy services and equipment used in beauty salons are incredibly expensive, relegating them to high-end spas and high-priced specialized salons where a single session can cost upwards of $100.

But why should you pay such a high price when you can get the same thing for a fraction of the price? With the Domer Flexible LED face mask, you can benefit from red, yellow, and blue light therapy in the comfort of your own home for a fraction of the cost.

For about $279, you can get a flexible LED face mask with more than a two-year lifespan and a one-year warranty. If you go to a beauty salon four times a month, you'll save $3,800 a year in salon costs. What’s more, it can be used for whole-family facial rejuvenation.

Visit our website, Flexible Led Face Mask, to take advantage of these benefits.

IT IS MORE TIME EFFICIENT TO DO IT FROM HOME.

In a beauty salon, overbooking and other circumstances can result in a long wait. Because salon personnel can only estimate how long each service will take, they cannot always guarantee that you will not have downtime. In order to make more money, beauty shop employees juggle clients. On the other hand, doing blue or red light therapy at home with the flexible LED face mask allows you to plan your therapy without having to make significant changes to your schedule. Spending just a few minutes a day at home or at work wearing the LED face mask can improve your health, beauty, and quality of life significantly.

UNSANITARY CONDITIONS ARE LESS LIKELY TO OCCUR.

Because beauty salons have a constant flow of customers, sanitation issues may arise if regular cleaning procedures are not followed. If salon instruments are not thoroughly cleaned, human tissue may accumulate on therapy equipment and eventually get on your face. You will be responsible for keeping your Led face mask clean at home, which means you won't have to be concerned about filthy equipment. It is important to note that our devices at Domer are easy to manage and maintain.

RED LIGHT THERAPY RESEARCH

How Cells Harvest Energy

Scientists have simply isolated the exact light frequencies that have therapeutic effects in today's world. The red and near-infrared light therapy employed in photobiomodulation is a narrow band of light frequencies within the Sun's vast spectrum of light. These frequencies are most easily identified by the reddish tint of the sky at sunrise and sunset.

Red Light therapy has been shown in studies to improve the appearance of skin while also treating the underlying issue that is causing the condition. When red and near-infrared light is absorbed by the skin, it stimulates new skin cell growth, protects against damage, and aids in the healing of a number of skin conditions.

The frequency range of red infrared light is 600 to 1100 nanometers, which is a wide range. These frequencies just so happen to transmit quite well through our body tissues and into our cells, whereas blue light has a short wavelength and can only penetrate the first layer of the skin, red and especially infrared light have a longer wavelength and can penetrate all layers of the skin, reaching into our organs and even our bones, where they can activate our cells to produce more ATP (a complex organic chemical that provides energy to drive many processes in living cells).  ATP is made in the mitochondria, which are the cells' energy units.

A Controlled Trial to Determine the Efficacy of Red and Near-Infrared Light Treatment in Patient Satisfaction, Reduction of Fine Lines, Wrinkles, Skin Roughness, and Intradermal Collagen Density Increase

The use of red and near-infrared light treatment to reduce skin aging was also supported in a 2014 controlled trial published in Photomedicine and Laser Surgery. The treatment increased collagen production, and participants reported a more youthful appearance and feel to their skin, which was backed up by images. Light therapy was determined to be both safe and beneficial by the researchers.

In the case of acne, the same 2013 meta-analysis we cited earlier highlighted research that found red and near-infrared light to be useful in treating acne. It was also noted that red light affects sebum production, which contributes to acne, as well as cytokine management, which affects skin inflammation.

The meta-analysis also found that light therapy helped patients with psoriasis who had failed to respond to standard therapies, improved pigmentation in vitiligo patients, and reduced herpes breakouts. It also aided in the healing of wounds and burns. Because of its wide range of positive outcomes, the authors of the meta-analysis concluded that light therapy could be utilized for a variety of skin issues. It was particularly helpful at promoting skin regeneration and healing, as well as reducing inflammation and cellular necrosis.

Low-level laser (light) therapy (LLLT) in skin: stimulating, healing, restoring

Light treatment has been shown to have distinct skin benefits in a large number of clinical studies, which is unsurprising. In a 2013 issue of Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery, a large meta-analysis reviewed several different methods that red light treatment can be used for the skin, some of which are mentioned in the following paragraphs.

This meta-analysis looked at a number of studies that showed that LED light therapy can actually lessen and reverse the indications of aging in the skin. Red and near-infrared light have been demonstrated to increase collagen production, reduce wrinkles, improve tone, and provide a variety of other advantages. It's also worth noting that, while light therapy improved skin results, it also reduced an enzyme that causes skin damage.
