Every point you earn is worth $1. Points from all activities add up in one balance. When you redeem, your balance converts into a discount of equal value (e.g. 48 points = $48 off), and the points you spend are deducted from your balance.

This is our top reward — a complete video review submitted by email. (Note: a video uploaded with your website review earns 10 points; the same video cannot earn both rewards.) To qualify for 40 points, your video should be:

  • At least 90 seconds long, filmed in decent lighting with clear audio
  • Show the Domer Laser device in use — treating you, your pet, or your patient (a real treatment session, not just unboxing)
  • Tell us what you're treating (e.g. arthritis, wound healing, muscle pain) and how long you've been using it
  • Share the results you've noticed — even honest "early days" feedback counts
  • Original footage filmed by you; faces may be shown or cropped as you prefer

Points are added within 2 business days after our team reviews your submission. By submitting, you grant Domer permission to feature your video on our website and social channels.

How to submit: Email your video to info@healthcaremarts.com with the subject "Points - Video Review". Include your account email and order number. Large file? Paste a Google Drive / Dropbox link instead.

📖 Share Your Complete Treatment Story

+20 pts ($20 value)

Tell us your full journey with the Domer Laser. To qualify, please include:

  • The condition you treated and how long it had been a problem
  • Your treatment routine — frequency, session length, and treatment area (feel free to reference the Treatment Guide protocol you followed)
  • Results over time — what changed after 1 week, 1 month, and beyond
  • At least 2 photos (before/after, or during treatment)
  • At least 200 words, written by you about your own (or your pet's / patient's) experience

Points are added within 2 business days after review. By submitting, you grant Domer permission to share your story on our website and marketing materials.

How to submit: Email your story and photos to info@healthcaremarts.com with the subject "Points - Treatment Story". Include your account email and order number.

Program Rules

  • 1 point = $1. Points from all activities accumulate in a single balance.
  • Redemption: when you redeem, your points convert into a discount of equal value and are deducted from your balance.
  • One reward per piece of content. Each unique piece of content earns points once. For example, a video review earns 40 points — if that same video also tells your treatment story, it still counts as one video submission (40 points). To earn the Treatment Story reward (20 points) separately, submit a distinct written story with photos. Reposting the same content across categories does not earn additional points.
  • Website review points (written, photo, and video uploads) are awarded automatically for verified purchases with a rating of 4 stars or above, limited to one review reward per month.
  • Rewards requiring review (social media, video, treatment story) are available to verified buyers only, and are added within 2 business days of approval.
  • Video reviews and treatment stories are limited to one per product per order. Social media rewards are limited to one per month.
  • Domer reserves the right to decline submissions that don't meet the requirements above, and to adjust program terms with notice.
