Is this for professionals or home users?
Both. Physiotherapists and chiropractors use it in treatment plans; the included protocols make it usable at home without training. You set power (5 levels) and time (10–60 min), then position the probe.
What do the two probes do?
Probe A (1 × 808nm, 180mW) is for precise points — acupoints, trigger points, nerve points. Probe B (11 × 650nm + 4 × 808nm, 775mW) covers a whole area like a knee or lower back. Use them separately depending on what you're treating.
Does the treatment hurt? Will I feel anything?
Cold laser is painless and non-thermal — most people feel little or nothing during a session. That's normal and doesn't mean it isn't working; effects build across sessions.
Is it safe? What precautions do I need?
It's a Class 3B device compliant with ISO 13485, IEC 60825-1 and IEC 60601-1-2, CE and CB marked. Always wear the included safety goggles during treatment and never aim the beam at eyes.
Who should NOT use this device?
Contraindications: never aim at the eyes (everyone present wears goggles); do not treat over the thyroid; do not treat over a developing fetus during pregnancy; low-frequency pulsed visible light may trigger seizures in photosensitive epileptic patients; not for use by patients with cancer or hemorrhagic disease.
